Evidencing the impact of the Primary PE and sport premium 2022-2023

Our year 6 girls football team played some great football and demonstrated amazing team skills to win the tournament at The Dome. They will now go on to represent Reading in the Pan-Berkshire competition. See the photos below:

 

 

 

 October 2019 - our year 3 & 4 badminton team  retained their Reading title in a tournament at Prospect School and will go on to compete in the Pan- Berkshire competition later in the year  - congratulations to all the team! See the photos below:

On Friday 12th, children from nursery to year 6 took part in a sponsored run to raise money for the school. All the older children did a great job supporting the younger ones and everyone completed their target laps of the field.

Everyone from Reception to year 6 enjoyed competing in a range of sports on Friday 28th June in our Sports Day.

 

On 27th March a year 3 badminton team represented Reading at the Berkshire Schools Games which were held at Bisham Abbey. In the morning the team competed in a series of skill challenges and then spent the afternoon in the sports village enjoying a range of activities.

On the 21st March, a team of year 3 & 4 boys played in a tag rugby tournament at Crosfields school.

Congratulations:

Our year 3 team won the year 3/4 Reading Schools badminton tournament at Prospect School. They will now go to Bisham Abbey in March to the all Berkshire round.

 

Our year 5 & 6 team won the Reading Schools gymnastics and will go forward to the all Berkshire round.
