Breakfast and After School Club
We are pleased to announce that the booking system for our new school run wraparound care, for Reception to Year 6, starting in September is now live and can be found on Parent Pay (the same site used for booking school lunches).
We are delighted to confirm that both clubs will continue to be run by Deb Cracknell and Jemma Peck.
Breakfast club runs from 7:30 a.m. until 8:40 a.m. (term time only)
After School club runs from 15:20 until 17:30 (term time only)
If you are planning on using our wraparound care could you please complete the attached contact form and return it to the school office.
To book your child onto Breakfast or After School Club please follow the below instructions:
- Log into your Parent Pay account
- From the home screen select the menu (three lines)
- Select Payer Dashboard
- Select the relevant child
- Select clubs and then choose breakfast or after school club and then view club
- Scroll through your available options and select your preferred day(s)
- Press OK and repeat for any other dates you want to book (there is a select all option for those who require the club every day)
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap book selected sessions and then Confirm
- Proceed to checkout. If payment is required you will have 15 minutes to complete the payment. Please Note, payment alone does not secure your booking.
Please be aware that the cut off time for booking both breakfast and after school club is 4 p.m. the day before.
Emergency bookings can be made by contacting the school office.
