Celebrating Oluwanifemi’s Incredible Kickboxing Success!

We are so proud to share the amazing achievement of our very own Oluwanifemi, who recently competed at the World Kickboxing Championship in Hull, featuring competitors from 27 countries across the globe.

Oluwanifemi took part in four categories and came home with an incredible two Silver medals and one Bronze medal – a remarkable accomplishment, especially as she has only been training for just over a year!

Competing in the 9–11 age category for Team England, she narrowly missed out on the World Champion title, losing by just one point in the final to the Czech Republic national champion. She also reached the semi-final against the German representative, losing only by a split decision – an amazing feat given that many of her opponents were two years older and already established elite fighters.

Her coach is especially proud of her hard work and determination and asked us to make sure her success is recognised within our school community. We couldn’t agree more – well done, Oluwanifemi, we are all inspired by you!
